Dive Into 3D Art
July 21st to July 25th - Daily from 9am to 3pm - Open to kids in rising Grades 1-3
Unleash your creativity in our fun filled exploration of 3D Art & Sculpture summer camp! In this hands-on camp, kids will sculpt, stack and glue to make both big and small creations. Campers will explore various sculpting techniques using clay, wire, papier-mâché, and recycled materials. They will learn how to piece together their ideas from 2D to 3D to make completed sculpture and creations.
From creating their own mini statues to designing large-scale sculptures, campers will develop spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and artistic confidence. Whether crafting a fantastical creature or a geometric masterpiece, every project encourages creativity and problem-solving.
The field trip for this week will take us to local art studios to explore.
All materials provided. Bring a lunch and a snack. Care available until 5pm onsite for $20/hr.
